He started his career in NGO since 2002 AD from Center for Awareness Promotion (CAP) Nepal as a General Secretory; and INGO career since 2006 from Good Neighbors International; and working as a Program Manager, looking after the community development projects (CDPs) having the dynamic responsibilities during my career in this organization with overall Project Cycle Management representing different positions along with policy development, project administration, and mobilization of grant. As a trainer/facilitator, I facilitate the training/workshop on pedagogy (Project Base Learning), Designing Plan of Action, Proposal Writing (Grant and Academic), Report Writing, Action Research, Case Study Research, Project Cycle Management, LFA, PAP (known as PRA also), Community Mobilization, Community Counseling, Cooperative Management, Fund Raising, Community Leadership Development, and Child Club Mobilization. I am currently the Program Director at REED Nepal. I am keenly interested in ethnographic research, case study research, action research and impact evaluation of projects along with capacity building of institutions, staffs along with strategy development and planning (budget and program). My effort in development work is to maximize the community participation from the sustainability point of view.

Twelve years of work experience in an I/NGOs. Completed Masters in Humanities and Social Science. Experienced in MEAL system establishment, knowledge management and dissemination, Partners capacity building on MEAL, project design, research, assessments, and evaluation. Experienced in proposal development particularly designing result framework, Performance Monitoring Plan, Performance Indicator Reference Sheet (PIRS), Performance Plan and Report (PPR). Have knowledge and experience in the thematic areas such as Disability Inclusive Education, child protection, Health, DRR, WASH, livelihood, and food security.

Padam Mahar has 22 years of experience in the development sector, working with UN agencies and international NGOs. He most recently served as the Program Manager at Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion and previously held the role of Program Focal Point for the Community-Based Inclusive Development Program at CBM Global. Mr. Mahar holds a master’s degree in social science and a bachelor’s degree in education. He has also completed various short-term courses in disability inclusion, gender mainstreaming, and development initiatives. His expertise in disability inclusion, accessibility, and universal design has been pivotal in his professional achievements. He has contributed to numerous research projects and studies, such as "Disability-Inclusive Development from an Intersectional Lens," "Key Barriers to Achieving Disability-Inclusive Education in Nepal (2019)," and a baseline study of the "Community Development Project" focusing on education, children, women, and livelihoods. His work also includes efforts in inclusive education, integrated health programs (covering eye, ear, mental health, and rehabilitation), and documenting lessons learned and best practices. He also carried out accessibility of many hospitals, school, government offices and public places including contributed to develop the accessibility guideline, checklist and provided training. Mr. Mahar has presented papers on accessibility, disability inclusion, and universal design at international forums in Switzerland, Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India. His leadership and expertise have made him a renowned disability advocate in Nepal's development sector.

Bashu Wagle, a dedicated and seasoned educator with over two decades of experience in academia, research, teacher training, and administrative leadership, brings a wealth of expertise to the field of education. With a comprehensive educational background including an M. Phil. in English Language Education, M.A. in Sociology and English Literature, LLB, and multiple teaching degrees, Mr. Wagle has honed his skills in fostering innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence. His career spans various roles, from teaching and training to administrative coordination, notably serving as Coordinator and In-charge at different educational institutions of Nepal.
