He started his career in NGO since 2002 AD from Center for Awareness Promotion (CAP) Nepal as a General Secretory; and INGO career since 2006 from Good Neighbors International; and working as a Program Manager, looking after the community development projects (CDPs) having the dynamic responsibilities during my career in this organization with overall Project Cycle Management representing different positions along with policy development, project administration, and mobilization of grant. As a trainer/facilitator, I facilitate the training/workshop on pedagogy (Project Base Learning), Designing Plan of Action, Proposal Writing (Grant and Academic), Report Writing, Action Research, Case Study Research, Project Cycle Management, LFA, PAP (known as PRA also), Community Mobilization, Community Counseling, Cooperative Management, Fund Raising, Community Leadership Development, and Child Club Mobilization. I am currently the Program Director at REED Nepal. I am keenly interested in ethnographic research, case study research, action research and impact evaluation of projects along with capacity building of institutions, staffs along with strategy development and planning (budget and program). My effort in development work is to maximize the community participation from the sustainability point of view.
